Well, I'm back, although my activity will be greatly reduced for a while I suspect. Left handed typing is not my forte...
I'm stuck in a sling for three weeks, not allowed to use my arm at all. I do have to let it dangle everyday, and
swing it passively like a pendulum to keep the joint mobile but that's about it.Pain killers are on the menu every 5 hours, along with something to counteract the nausea I get from those meds. I'm a sensitive girl, you know...
Will pop around now and then between naps.
yikes!!! but take your time and heal correctly! good news at my place (but i'll just tell you right now)
ReplyDeleteSUPER NANA & MR MATRIX ARE ENGAGED!!!!!!! xoxoxoxox
You will be very good at left hand typing by the end of next month!!
ReplyDeletePleased it all went well and that you are on the road to recovery.

So pleased that you are on the road to recovery! Take it easy.
ReplyDeleteIt's OK if you type slowly left-handed. I'll just read it slowly!
Yay! It's done! be good to yourself and heal properly!
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad it's all over and now you can begin the road to true recovery. Don't forget to take a ton of vitamin E & D (it promotes healing.) Fish oil too. Krill Oil if you want to really go crazy.
ReplyDeleteHere's to a speedy recovery!
ReplyDeleteAnd just a sentence every now and then to let us know you're alive is enough Lefty. ;O
Good luck with the convalesence, from one who's just finished twelve weeks sick leave!
ReplyDeleteTime heals a lot.
I've been wondering about you all day and couldn't get on line.
ReplyDeleteI do hope any pain and discomfort will soon disappear. Meanwhile a big hug - take it easy and let the healing begin!
